Multiplication Year 3
On Practise Maths, you can learn to calculate at your own level for multiplication in Year 3. You can practise multiplication problems through maths exercises and maths games. Before starting an exercise, you can choose which problems you want to practise and tailor them to your level. On Practise Maths, it's possible to practise tables from 1 to 12, and you can even mix different tables together. For example, you can practise the 5, 7, 9, and 11 times tables at the same time. Each exercise consists of 15 questions. When you solve 13 out of 15 correctly, a time score will be displayed. If you try the exercise again and improve your score, a green bar will appear at the end of the exercise. The website is designed so that you can easily restart an exercise.
To make learning even more fun, you can choose to play different games. There are a total of 6 games available: from shooting UFOs to bouncing a ball high into the air. Choose your favorite game and aim for the highest score possible. You can set which tables you want to practise in advance, and combined practise is also an option. Beat your friends and become the best at multiplication!
How does it work?
Practise Maths was founded by a primary school teacher with the goal of making maths not only easier and more accessible but also more fun. Practise Maths focuses especially on maths fluency: learning to calculate faster through a series of maths problems.
Practise Maths is completely free to use, so you don't need to purchase a premium subscription. This will also remain the case in the future. You can practise Year 3 multiplication at times that work for you.
